During 27-30 of January, in the capital of Greece, the Romanian nationalist movement Noua Dreapta (New Right) participated in the first reunion in 2006 of the European National Front, the only Pan European coordination structure of patriotic forces. Together with the members of Noua Dreapta, the reunion was attended by the leaders of the most important European nationalist movements: NPD (Germany), Forza Nuova (Italy), La Falange (Spain), as well as the host of the event - Patriotiki Summahia (Patriotic Alliance).
The Noua Dreapta delegation was warmly greeted and the speech of Nicolae Calota, Vice President of Noua Dreapta, was long applauded by the 2500 members and sympathizers of the Patriotic Alliance gathered in the center of Athens.
This Pan European meeting had a double significance: on one hand it has been commemorated the tragic death of 3 Greek officers killed during the conflict with Turkey in 1996 and on the other hand, those gathered showed their opposition towards the adhesion of Turkey (and other non-European states) to the European Union. At the same time, the delegations of the above mentioned movements protested against the European constitution that intends to put the basis of a centralized European super state and stressed the necessity of solidarity between the European nations in their struggle against the negative effects of the economical globalization, radical Islamism and Extra-European immigration.
The next meeting of the European National Front will take place in Romania, in May. All parties and organisations that want to get in contact with the ENF can contact us at info@nouadreapta.org
