The New Right organized on the 9th of March 2002, an important manifestation of
solidarity with the Romanians living in the so-called Republic of Moldavia - the March for National Unity.
The March travelled on the traject Revolution's Plaza - Roman Plaza - Victory's Plaza - Airmen's (Charles de Gaulle) Plaza - the Moldavia Republic Embassy. At this action attended representatives of the printed and audio-visual media.
We considered necessary to organize this march since 25% of the national territory, inhabited by approx. four millions people, are presently under the occupation of two artificial states, inheriting the late Soviet Union: Ukraine and Moldavia Republic.
The existing factual situation, created by abuse and violence, by violating the most elementary human rights, can't be in any case a legitimate basis for the actual frontiers! The existence of two Romanian states (Romania and the Republic of Moldavia) can't be but a transitive instance, a situation to which the Romanian folks were constrained by the wickedness and the vicissitudes of history.
So, the reintegration of the Romanian people into a single state is a natural process, a legitimate and, especially in the present context, a necessary one: the crushing-roller called "globalization" will squash the weak state entities. So, we believe that Romania should regain its wholeness, the same as Germany did.
